Mechelle, affectionately called MeMe, loves to cook and has been dedicated to the science of great food. She fulfilled her dream of owning and operating a restaurant in Springdale, Utah and opened MeMe's Café in July 2012 with family and friends.  

MeMe's is located in the Springdale "downtown" area within walking distance of most hotels, on the shuttle system (stop 5), and surrounded by the beauty of Zion, shops and galleries.  We are honored to own a restaurant in this beautiful area and to have so many visitors from across the states and countries around the world. 

We hope you get the opportunity to experience all the wonders of the Zion National Park area and the charm of the Town of Springdale on your visit.  We are delighted to call Southern Utah our home and hope to see you soon!
